What do we have here?
A great example of the elusive Vacheron Constantin Mercator ref 43050 featuring a 36mm yellow gold case and a matching yellow gold Vacheron Constantin deployant. The yellow gold dial, featuring the Americas map, is hand engraved then filled with enamel. It is complemented nicely with yellow gold hands resembling those of a compass. This watch features double retrograde hands for the hours and minutes as well as an exhibition caseback.
